| May 4, 2016 jarhead74 20 posts | times Does anyone know when they are going to post the times for the 55's. It is hard to make a hotel res, and not know when you start play. The longer you wait the more money rooms cost and and you don't know if you have to leave on Thursday or Friday. This is for the loudon county tourm. Thank |
| May 4, 2016 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | Detail schedules should post sometime late tomorrow (Thursday) or early Friday ... 55-Major+/Major begins at 11:00 AM at Phillip A. Bolen Park and 55-AAA begins at 3:30 PM, also at Phillip A. Bolen Park ... Both of those divisions completely fill that park through last games starting at 8:00 PM ... Good luck! |
| May 5, 2016 mck71 Men's 60 344 posts | jarhead74 For future reference, better to make reservations ahead of time and add the night before just in case to get better rates (ex. this case I booked Thursday evening as well). The schedule is pretty much posted in plenty of time to change (i.e. cancel) that earlier night if not needed. I "try" to pick somewhere in the middle which for these 2 complexes wasn't too bad. Hope this helps. |

DRAFT schedules were posted Thursday mid-day, EIGHT days in advance of the start, which is by any reasonable standard within the range of acceptable ... This was most likely just a conflict between when a player WANTS information as opposed to when he actually NEEDS it ... The best advice remains that provided by mck71 ... |

Oh, and in case you missed it before your comment, please re-read jarhead74's original post in this tread, in particular the last part that says "...This is for the loudon county tourm.
