NEW 2016 USSSA Miken Patriot
Okay so after a couple weeks of testing we have....a sure fire winner here. Mikens new USSSA Patriot uses their traditional 14" Maxload design to deliver one of the very best "kids" bats out there. The Patriot comes in a balanced version or a 1/2 ounce end load version which is very desirable for us seniors because.....the bat feels and swings just like Mikens new Senior Ultra II Black Maxloads (black and green) and their balanced (white and black) bats that many players currently swing.
Let's just say this: if you are swinging the new Miken senior and now the USSSA Patriot you are hitting the top of the line in both categories. The Patriot also now has the new S3R technology which adds microscopic spheres to the barrel of the bat which helps to increase spin and performance. You will notice very early on that this bat does not act like a USSSA bat but feels and responds quite a bit better than other bats out there. Within 100-125 swings the slightly "tingy " sound goes away and now the bat REALLY hits. Utilizing a number of different players and skill levels, we saw fantastic results during the testing and evaluation process. The caveat is that it comes with a one year warranty along with its stellar performance up and down the barrel. Mikens engineers have again created a fantastic balance of feel, performance, and durability for us to enjoy. Another big bonus is that when you purchase one, funds go directly into the Heros Fund which impacts and helps our Veterans in a big way. Enjoy a great bat and do your part to support a bat made in the USA and the veterans of our great country. Call me with any questions at 561-718-7504.
