| June 11, 2016 SSUSA Staff 3490 posts | TEXAS STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2016 DRAFT Game Schedules & Brackets DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 the 2016 Texas State Championships in Austin, TX, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these DRAFT schedules are TENTATIVE, are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting the evening before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the Manager meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are frozen as of the Managers Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed, as all roster changes were previously approved through the Sacramento home office ... Managers who do not attend the Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director. | June 15, 2016 SSUSA Staff 3490 posts | UPDATED FIELD ASSIGNMENTS SESSION #2 The Texas State Championships team enrollment is up 26% over last year, which necessitated the addition of two more softball complexes to complete the event in the two-day time frame (it will be three days in 2017) while accommodating severe local league and contracted field bookings at Kreig Park on Sunday ... SATURDAY Kreig Park Softball Complex - ALL 50+ and 55+ divisions Southeast Metro Softball Complex - ALL 60+ divisions SUNDAY Kreig Park Softball Complex - 50-AA and 55-AAA brackets Southeast Metro Softball Complex - 55/60-Major+ Best 2 of 3 and 60-Major and 60-AAA brackets Bob Havins Fields - 50-Major and 50-AAA brackets and 60-AA Best 2 of 3 FIELD NOTES - Kreig Park Softball Complex - Eight fields, six of which are 300' and one each at 295' (#2) and 285' with tall fencing (#3) Southeast Metro Softball Complex - Four fields (#1-4) at 326', 325', 323' and 320', respectively Bob Havins Fields - Five fields, three (#1-3) at 300' and two (#4-5) at 305' DRAFT game schedules and brackets will likely be published on or before Friday, June 17th |

| June 20, 2016 SSUSA Staff 3490 posts | SCHEDULE REVISIONS Due to the withdrawal of two teams, one in each session, there have been revisions to the DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for the 70/75-GOLD and 50/55-PLATINUM Divisions ... Changes are online and, in some cases, had minimal impacts on other divisions of play at the same facilities ... The affected schedules all carry a new Revision date of 06/20/2016 ..
