Jeff Hall Customer Service
All,

I have posted that I like the Jeff Hall reload 28.5 bat. I have now had my third end cap pop off of the bat. All popped off within 50-75 swings. On two, I simply glued the endcap back on. One swung well enough that I kept using it until it cracked.

I have one that I fixed so I could swing it until the new one was broken in, but now the new bat is broken also.

I am new to the game - who/how do I contact someone about a replacement (willing to move on to a new bat, especially since the Hall is virtually non-existent as a new bat on the market)?

For a bat to have such a consistent problem, and for it to happen before the bat even is really broken in...well, that is frustrating!

Thanks in advance for any advice/help.
