I am new in the senior league what balls are we required to use in tournaments?

Most associations that I have played use 44/375. I would expect that there are associations that differ. You should contact the association that you expect to play.

Just thought of one exception, I believe that NSA uses 44/525.

I remember you. I hear you are having practice on Sat. I'll be playing in a tournament Sat. I'm getting seom guys together for Sunday afternoon to hit there at Hobgood. Worth sent me the new EST Hybrid to try out. Drop by if you can.
