EYE BLACK?
Some use eye black for decoration and some major league players use it. Bryce Harper uses it. Some claim eye black is great while others think it's just a gimmick.
What I am interested in is which is better.

Is the sticker type better? I noticed they don't seem to stay in place when the player sweats. What is the better brand?

Then there is the lipstick or eye liner type. How do they hold up when the player sweats? How about staining clothing? Which are easier to apply and remove? Any recommended brands?

Thanks for any knowledge or input you share...

It seems like anything black will help keep the sun from deflecting off your skin just below your eyes. I use the lipstick occasionally and it seems to help. I'm going to experiment with electrical tape some day. #5 welding wrap around glasses work very well. Currently I'm using a pair of #5's that fit over my prescription glasses. Best of both worlds.

Try going the other direction. Use a magic marker and black out the underneath bill of your cap. You will be amazed at how much glare is removed.

But 4b, wouldn't it be easier to wear a ball cap with a dark visor?
