Oct. 4, 2016 BallPlayer35 Men's 60 18 posts | Who is he? Did anyone see the First Baseman for 50 Majors Grants Posse hit what must of been close to a 500ft HR at Shadow Rock. It was by far the longest shot I have ever seen. Landed in the second parking lot. Then he followed up with rocket to the fence that did not get higher than 5ft high. From what I was told by teams that played against him, he was hitting like that in every game. This guy is a freak of nature. Putting a Senior bat in his hands is ridiculous. |
Oct. 4, 2016 Phoenix26 21 posts | We didn't play them in Vegas but we played them 3 times at the Western Worlds. I don't remember any HR's like that. Then again, the Xrock is a far livelier ball than what we use the rest of the year. |
Oct. 5, 2016 HAT MAN Men's 50 228 posts | BP35 If you google shadow rock and satellite view then zoom in and right click the mouse you can measure a shot. Not sure what 2nd parking lot you mean otherwise I could do it for you. |
Oct. 5, 2016 E4/E6 Men's 70 873 posts | Go to You Tube and enter Jose Conseco hitting a softball. I believe it was taped at 573'. I have seen the guy being discussed, he hits like a pro....awesome to watch...... |
Oct. 5, 2016 Chudomelka7 Men's 50 22 posts | His name is Kevin Bourgeois. He is out of Phoenix. One of the best teammates you could ever have. Loves the game! We picked him up about 5 weeks prior to worlds. Has been playing 40 major plus, and we found out he was over 50. Just a great guy! Doug Chudomelka Grants Posse 50M |
Oct. 9, 2016 CaliBraves Men's 40 17 posts | Thank you all for the kind words. It is nice to know that other players see my love for the game. I would take a win any day over a long HR though. Doug, Thank you for allowing me to play with Grants Posse. You are all a bunch of great players & teammates. |
