What determines where a team is from, where the manager lives or where the majority of the players on the roster is from? I have heard both ways and am not sure? I guess my question is say that I live in Illinois and the majority of my players are from Indiana, would my team be considered an Illinois team or Indiana team? The reason I want to know is if I am an Illinois team I can't have Michigan players but if I was an Indiana team I could. Thx

The "home state" for a team is the state where the majority (or plurality if there is no majority) reside. This determination can change from tournament to tournament depending on which players, and their home state, are on the specific tournament roster being built. The composition on the team's "Master Roster" is not the determining factor.
