What is the rule in ratings
If an team plays games in the Majors and the team is than dropped to AAA, are the players still Major or are they AAA players, as a AAA team can only have 3 Major players on the team. What is the rule on this?

Generally, when a team is dropped in rating, by either a successful appeal or based on performance, players that were on the team during the time frame that was the basis for the change have a corresponding reduction in their player experience rating history ...

Please note, when a team's rating is lowered, they are not allowed to add players, even the three out-of-rating players, from a higher rating for one year from the date of change (see the letter your manager received about the change) ... For example, if your team has been recently re-rated down to AAA, you will not be able to add any "new" major players for a year unless you are willing to step back up to Major ... Each rating cycle, several teams do decline the re-rate to a lower skill level so they can retain the out-of-rating player option ... If you have specific questions about your team, please have your manager call the Sacramento office to talk about your team's situation ... Good luck!
