Feb. 25, 2017 joeball 4 posts | How to renew Well this is probably the dumbest thing on the board today. But where do I go on the site to renew my card? ? Instructions say to sign in, go to your homepage and there will be a link so that a person can renew online. I'm not seeing it. Where is such a link? |

Feb. 26, 2017 joeball 4 posts | SSUSA Staff. Yeah, I'm already signed in to my "homepage". No links to renew. I did have this problem last year too. I just hoped this problem could get figured out. I'll just call during business hours. |
Feb. 26, 2017 crusher Men's 75 524 posts | SSUSA Staff, QUESTION. Have you ever tried to renew online? I just looked to see any links from my homepage and the SSUSA Homepage and did not find anything. Have a great day. James |
Feb. 26, 2017 DaveDowell Men's 70 4317 posts | I haven't, James ... But it's a bit easier for me, though, having to just get up from my desk and wander 10' to Tiffany's and ask her to renew my card once every five years! ... We're working on a computer system/web site overhaul and hopefully this process becomes both more comprehensive and less complicated at the same time ... |
Nov. 13, 2017 mlgurnee 1 posts | It's November, and I just tried to renew online by following the same instructions. There is no "renew online" link anywhere on my home page. I'll call and renew, but wanted to keep this moving. |
Nov. 13, 2017 STL0 Men's 60 231 posts | It's tricky. You have to use a different log in than what you use for getting on the message board. You should have 2 logins and passwords. Just because you access the message board doesn't mean that you are registered. The log in for registration will be your email address and then use your password if you have set it up. AS an example, I use my ID of STL0 as my login ID to view the message board. To renew, I have to login using my email address and the password associated with that. Hope that helps. |
