March 17, 2017 Randall 40 posts | Time out I spoke with an umpire who told me that in all of the senior tournaments that he has played in that the umpire waits for the defensive team to ask for time before the umpire would call time. I stated that the umpire calls time when he feels that live play has ended. What is SSUSA interpretation of when the umpire calls time? Thank you |
