May 3, 2017 outlaw44 9 posts | i have one that works for me that i was told about when i was in little league back in the early 70's " grab you shirt with your teeth at the seam where the sleeve joins the body of the shirt ,start your swing you will know when to release -start slowly to get used to it, sounds crazy but it works for me and a few others who have tried it |

May 3, 2017 DieselDan Men's 75 600 posts | Hitting off a T has helped me greatly. Plus you can position the Tee around the plate to pull or go to the opposite field. Having someone soft toss for you also helps. Recently I bought an Easton T10 Thunderstick and a dozen SKLZ heavy duty impact balls. I still use the Tee, but with a heavier/narrow "bat" and smaller balls, it requires more head on the ball swings. Years ago, I had a towel cut and stiched to the mats dimension and keep it in my bag. Works great for team or individual BP. The Tee I use is the SKLZ travel DLX Tee. Fits in one of the bat sleaves. Good luck. |
