You would have to petition the SSUSA home office. As a general rule, the classification of the last team that you played with will be your personal classification for 2 years. Please realize that if you do not play for those 2 years, the classification will still hold past that particular date.
Also, you can play 1 classification down in the same age group if you are 1 of 3 players in that upper classification. For instance, a 60 AAA team can have 3 major rated players on their roster. The home office is very strict on personal reclassification. Unless you have some extenuating circumstances, you have almost no chance. The other option is to get a medical waiver. Good luck
