| May 23, 2017 rxcwork 6 posts | Back,neck and shoulder issues I saw a few suggestions on low back issues, try Reverse Hypers for low back and the McKenzie Method for your back and neck, the pain in your shoulder and arms may be coming from a pinched nerve in the neck due to years of improper posture. I was scheduled for open back surgery 5 yrs ago but with these two avenues and plenty of stretching my playing continues, hope this helps. |
