June 26, 2017 Fred S Men's 85 297 posts | I use a Wheeler Dealer every day, weather permitting, Helps with my mechanics and my concentration on watching the ball hit the bat. (The Ted Williams theory) Also helps with my conditioning. Off season hit 6 rounds of 33 and during the season 4 rounds of 33 with 2 rounds of pitching to a mat. With a small adjustment I get 6-7' height with 52 ball and maybe around 5 with 44's. A little expensive but cheaper than batting cages. When I need work on my timing I go to the batting cages. |
