Can you play both 40's and 50's?
I will be 50 next season and was wondering if I can legally play both here in So Cal or do I need to choose between 40's and 50's

you can play both with some rules.

if you are major plus in 50s you can only play 40 major not aaa and so on.
Just know your body,a friend played both in same weekend and had to pull out in the if game for his 40s team as he was exhausted.
