SSUSA question
can a player on a "55 major" roster, play on a "50AAA" and not be counted as 1 of the 3 major players they are allowed??

YES ... Both levels of play have a Ratings Index of "7" ... The 55-M player would NOT be in the 50-AAA "out of rating" count to three determination ...

Before someone asks the next question, I would add one more thing to this discussion. What the staff said is correct, as long as the 55 Major player is not one of the 55 Major team's allowable Major Plus players.
