Staff, question:

team gets rated to next level, major to major plus. if a player does not wish to continue with that team for the next season, is he a major plus player prior to ever playing at that level or can he still retain his major status.

If the player was a member of that team during the performance period that resulted in the rating increase, then he DOES assume that new rating, whether or not he remains with the team ... Leaving the team has NO effect on his personal rating experience history ...
