| Oct. 18, 2017 Lecak Men's 60 1026 posts | Do you use wearable fitness technology when you work out I’m going to be involved in a research project with my local university to study the reliability of wearable fitness technology. Studies at this university have only been conducted on younger groups. They want to study how seniors use this technology for their performance goals and if the information is accurate. It’ looks like promising and timely research given recent news that Apple is looking into getting into health care. I can’t imagine their watch technology won’t be a center piece. Anyone use iwearable fitness technology and what do you measure. Me personally I measure my resting heart rate, and my heart rate when working out and the elevation change measurements. Some features I don’t use are the calorie expenditure and measuring steps taken. |
