Batter safe or out at 1st base ????????
Batter hits a ground ball to the infield, Infielder does not make a play at 1st base and the batter crosses 1st base but touches the white bag. Is the batter safe or out ????

SAFE ... Batter-runner must touch some portion of the orange/safety base ONLY if there is a play at 1st ... See SSUSA Rulebook §8.4(1) on page 46, especially at the third full sentence of the rule, the one that begins with the word "If" ...
