SPA rule allows : Players on Men’s 75+ Major Plus, Major, and AAA rosters must be from their specific area of the country based upon being East or West of the Mississippi
River, and may select one player without geographic restriction
Does SSUSA allow one player without geographic restriction?

SSUSA Rules do NOT allow for out-of-region players for the 75+ age divisions ... ALL players on a roster must be from the same side (East/West) of the Mississippi as the location of the team ...
