2018 Dudley Lightning
I haven't heard much feed back on the new 2018 Dudley's ( White ), I know someone out there has hit them....

I did have some limited time with the new Dudley a few weeks back. It was a little stiffer to start out with than previous versions but the balance point and swing weight felt pretty much unchanged. It appears they might need a little longer to break in than previous models but I would like to spend more time with them before I give a more in depth review. As soon as they become available I will post more information.

I have had the chance to swing both the 13" end-load & balance. Both had comparable pop if not more than the previous two models. I felt different than Tri18, as the break in period for me seem to be within a few swings. Line drives hitting the fence and miss hits going 330ft.

I will not compare to other manufactures because to me, all the top senior bats are HOT!!! Players will say this bat is hotter than that bat, but the bottom line, when it comes to the Dudley, Melee, Miken, Worth Wicked & even TPS, its all about comfort level or confidence. The only main true difference is durability.

I swung the Balanced and 13' End Load as well in Arizona and I have to say it performed well if not better than my 1st batch 13' End Load

Kevin and SK,
Curious if the bats you swung were brand new with no hits on them as the ones I swung? I didn’t get a chance to put enough swings on each model to accurately review the bats fully yet. My short observation was the initial swings right out of the wrapper. I will reply in full detail once I have the opportunity to test the bats more in depth....

These were Demos that had a number of swings on them. I am not a balanced guy but it did feel good when swinging

Dudley should be out in early January. They are already taking orders for them. If you need a source let me know.
