Shoe Inserts.
I have noticed in the past a few posters have ventured onto the subject of sore or aching feet and toes.

My toes hurt on occasion. When I went to the foot doctor to get an ingrown toenail removed, I asked him if there was something that might help in the form of relief. He suggested that I get a pair of quality shoe inserts.

I purchased a pair at the price of a pretty penny I might add, but they have been well worth the money. [$55.00]

They really support the end of your foot, and that is a big plus. They also offer great arch and heel support. While some might quibble with the lofty price tag, the great thing is you can put them in your other shoes when not playing or practicing ball.

They have really made a difference in my feet. A little something in your Christmas stocking from the missus is a fetching way to ensure the happiness of your "dogs" not biting so hard.

Have a great Christmas everyone!

Wayne, I too had foot issues (plantar fasciitis, morton's neuroma) and my solution was solved with orthotics. They were significantly more than your insets but I instead in a second pair so I didn't have to switch them from shoe to shoe. The bottoms can wear out a bit faster on the transfers and yes the feet are happier. Also get shoes with a wide toe box of extra comfort but they are sometimes hard to find.
And a Merry Christmas a Happy 2018 to all!

A few things that have helped me over the years. Although younger, being a big guy always had foot issues.

Had a bad heel spur so bad was going to need surgery. Last ditch effort I bout a pair of Z Coil shoes. Wore them every day for 6 months. Spur went away and has been gone since 2011. Tip find a local store to get sizing then buy them on ebay much cheaper or get your doctor to prescribe them and insurance will pay part.
2nd was Sorbothane Ultra Sole Insoles been using these since foot locker days in 1990. To this day I put them in dress shoes work boots and such.
3rd is my new turfs. 1st pair I have had in 20 years of softball that I dont have to take off during breaks. Tried them all some sponsored and some cost me a right arm. Nothing has come close. Athalonz turfs are the way to go.

Any of these 3 can help
