Over the last couple years I've seen more and more players playing on teams that don't connect to there home state. Could someone explain this to me, also does these rules apply to Isssa and Spa?

bucs15 ... Over the past couple of years, there have been some modifications in the "States and Bordering States" rules that affect some areas of the US and Canada ... Generally, several of the lesser populated states in the Northeast were "merged" to ease some of the roster composition issues ... We also "merged" provinces in Canada on an East/West basis for the same reason ... For specifics, please see §13.1(3)TEAM REGIONS OF SSWC on pages 63-64 of the Official SSUSA Rulebook ... The residency rules remain the same regarding "snowbirds" and "out of region" exceptions for Major+ teams aged 40+ through 70+ ... Hope this helps ...

bucs15, Just out of curiosity, have you notice this in all 3 organizations.I know that the snowbird rule has come into play a few times. Is that what you are talking about or is it just a flat out bending the rules. Thanks Harry #20 NVF
