April 4, 2018 cyborg45 Men's 75 194 posts | 75 age group I can't access the rules link, it disappears before I can click on it. So, I'll ask the question here. Is the 75 age group bound by the surrounding state rule, or can they play anywhere. |
April 4, 2018 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | Neither (with one limited exception)... Men's 75+ Division players may come only from the East/West of the Mississippi River, depending on which side is the home state of the team ... If the team happens to border the Mississippi River, they may draw from bordering states (only) across the river ... |
April 4, 2018 cyborg45 Men's 75 194 posts | Just to be clear,is this is similar to Major Plus? You can play on any same class team, or as one of 3 out of rating players, east or west of the Mississippi, depending on the location of your home state. So as an example, if I lived in Kansas, I could play for a 75 team located in California, with class restrictions named above? |
April 4, 2018 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | Not sure where you're heading with this?? ... The maximum three "out-of-rating" players allowance applies to all rating levels except Major+, who have open rosters with respect to ratings histories ... If you are playing 75+ AND reside in Kansas, you may play for any team located West of the Mississippi River, which would include California ... Since Kansas does NOT border the Mississippi, you will not be able to "stretch" to any eastern state ... If you lived in Missouri, you could play for any western state AND any of Missouri's bordering states east of the river ... |
