Lost my Senior 55 players card
SSUSA office, I have lost my players card that was good through this current season. Do I have to have a replacement card issued to me or is my picture ID good enough due to me already being registered and on my teams roster? Please advise. Thank you, Jim Perry

jimperry19 ... You'll "be good to go" for the balance of the 2018 season if you have a valid (i.e., non-expired) other picture ID like a D/L ... If you want an actual new card, the order form is available here from the MENU BAR above at FORMSPlayer Registration ... Check the box marked replacement, fill it in and send the replacement fee ...
