| May 24, 2018 SALSAKID49 Men's 60 161 posts | Plantar Fasciitis Pain Went the V.A. yesterday to check on my foot pain, had an X-ray done with the results of no damage or tissue tears on my left foot (My front Foot. Have a consultation with the V.A. Podiatrist for treatment and care. Looking for personal expiriences, insight, best product, and best expirience use to resolve this injury to maintain one's game that we love to play for the long run. Thanks in adavnce. "Salsa" |

Was recommended hot and cold. stick foot in hot water for 10 to 15 min then add ice as cold as possible for 10 min. works a bit. also was give a machine that massages foot seems to also be working, been 3 weeks today still have pain but 60% better. |
| May 24, 2018 Retired Spur 22 Men's 70 7 posts | Rolled the arch of my foot on a frozen water bottle every evening for 1/2 hour and started wearing Sketcher shoes. Got better almost immediately. Worked like a charm and haven't had any problems since. |
