After TKR
It has been 6 months since I had a TKR, playing again after my Dr released me. When will the stiffness & soreness subside? I am working out 3-4 days/wk, 30 minutes on the elliptical, light weights, & riding my bike. I played college station & running the bases was a challenge. I took a couple of aleve/naproxen on game day, that seemed to help some. I just found out you can purchase 500 mg aleve/naproxen otc, I may try the higher dosage. The team is going to the Rocky Mountain Championship, trying to get ready.
Any recommendations or just take the man up pill & play?
