SANTA MARIA TOURNEY
Those of you seniors, looking to play on the coast. Santa Maria sports compex, May 5-6. Mikens allowed, NCSSA rules. Contact Rich @559-732-2345. It's nice to know where other senior tourneys are. Ask about other tourney dates in SM.

You need to be a little more honest with them. It's primarily ASA (ASA is putting up the awards) and Rich works for them. NCSSA rules maybe true, but the bottom line is ASA is behind it.

If they allow the good bats, and use decent balls, who cares who is behind it.

Phil, Personally I don't as much, but some here, do very much. I gave notice to three teams that were going to come to one I had on the books but told them to go there because I knew I was not going to get enough teams in. I could of waited and not said anything but i gave them alot of extra time to change plans and make arrangements. the all are playing there.
Wouldn't mind playing with you again sometime. But I do not have my own team anymore just freelance and a 60's team out of Sac.

Ya right.
Having Rich's name in the member info area is not exactrely the truth. Rich doesn't even have a 'puter and probably wouldn't know what to do with one if he did. He should get one and learn to use it.
That isn't to say some of ASA t's are bad, cause they are pretty well put together. But ASA's Commissioner, Dick Grove, runs them and you kow it.
Don't mislead the guys here, is all I'm saying. Nothing would of been said all the info been there.

Boozewell, Oh I mean Boswell, Is that a black ass or another type Portagee? I'm of the first. Two sets of rules, which one takes precident or do you have a meeting to discuss them ? Might get confusing with two sets...& NCSSA requires schedule to be out 7 days before the date (rule 25)you did this for only maybe 5. Since it's set for the 5-6th.
Rich and I coined a phrase tht kinda fits you, ISLO : Inside looking out. Just where you ought to be. In the dugout looking out.
Good teams there hope it goes well reguardless.
CH: my only concern was the non disclosure of it really being an ASA event. Wonder how it will effect your teams with Charlie, Donny, & JB playing for VS or Physiomotion.
Good luck anyway.
