It wasn't one I was supposed to write until I got a "surprise call" while working the Eastern's in Valdosta, GA, asking for bail-out help ...The event was over-subscribed, and just because it CAN be done doesn't necessarily mean it SHOULD be done that way ... LOL! ... Those kind of hours are really tough on the Directors and the long gaps between games were unavoidable .. Hopefully next year it will be either a more-manageable number or a second facility! ... |
