Where in the rulebook...
wherein the rulebook does it explain about RELEASING PLAYERS? There is always controversary about this in the women's division cuz we are so few that we need players from other teams when their team isn't attending a tourney. I know the rule as it was explained to me verbally, but where in the rulebook does it state this so I can pass it onto other women for their knowledge?
