There are some rather interesting changes.

Am I interpreting 13.1 (1) A correctly in that our M+ team(s) can now add four players from out of region to the roster?

why does major plus get all the attention why not 4 for major plus 3 for major 2 for AAA & 1 out of region player for AA be fair to everyone

if a guy moves & still wants to play with his boy's but cant afford a house in both places,should be allowed if it worked in that aqaution.
