| Jan. 9, 2019 SSUSA Staff 3485 posts | TOP GUN/BULLHEAD CITY QUALIFIER • DRAFT Game Schedules & Brackets DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 of the Top Gun's Bullhead City (AZ) Qualifier 2019, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament page ... As always, these DRAFT schedules are TENTATIVE, are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting the evening before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the Manager meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed, as all roster changes were previously approved through the Sacramento home office ... Managers who do not attend the Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director. The Participating Teams List Tab and Master Games & Fields Grid have also been posted ... Good luck to all! ... | Jan. 15, 2019 SSUSA Staff 3485 posts | BULLHEAD CITY TUESDAY RAIN-OUT REVISIONS • Due to all games after the first round being rained out this morning, revisions were made to the Session #1 schedule ... The new Master Planning Grid has been posted ... Wednesday games will play on all six fields under a 1:15 time frame each and will be FIVE innings, with the 5th inning the "open inning" ... Games MUST make it to the fourth inning by 50 minutes, or the FOURTH inning will be the "open inning" ... Championship and "If" games MAY play a full seven innings if the Tournament Director approves it based on how the schedule is holding ... Detail seeding and bracket games are currently under revision and will be posted later this (Tuesday) afternoon ... Calls to the SSUSA Home Office will DELAY their release due to the time spent in telling callers exactly what is mentioned in the immediately preceding sentence ... Thank you! |
