I was expecting it to arrive this week and just happened to be on their website and saw they changed the ship date from Jan 15 to Feb 15. Now you say the end of Feb? Dudley may be forcing me to swing something else. |

| Feb. 17, 2019 Saratoga2 19 posts | I ordered a Dudley Hot W from Direct Sports. It was listed as ship 2/15/2019 and then changed to ship 2/18/2019. NOw they have put a SOLD OUT sign on the bat with a ship in Feb date. I will call them Monday to find out what is going on. Looks like Dudley has not met their delivery commitments. Hope it is nothing else. |

| Feb. 21, 2019 Saratoga2 19 posts | I discussed the situation with Direct Sports on the 20th and they said the bats will ship on the 21st but now their site shows the 22nd. I think they fully expect deli very from the suppllier and shipment this week. We shall see. |

I messed with direct sports for 2 months with nothing to show for it then I take your word that you get your bats today and will ship me one. then I'm told that you didn't get any 28s and ill have to wait on Dudley to ship me one. very disappointing. whether I get it or not I'm done with Dudley. I've got an Adidas and I can't imagine a bat being any hotter than it is. now my wife texts you and says please tell me the bat will be delivered by Wednesday and your response is ILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER.very disappointing |

I TOLD HER AHEAD OF TIME that I wasn’t positive on which weights/ models were coming in but if it arrived I would ship it immediately. When the 28’s didn’t arrive today, and BEFORE I HEARD FROM YOU, I-immediately called Dudley and arranged for your bat to be shipped DIRECTLY TO YOU today from Dudley. You would have received that bat Tuesday or Wednesday. That apparently wasn’t good enough ? If you and your wife needed a bat that badly before that then you SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED THAT TO ME UP FRONT AND REQUESTED TO PAY FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. THIS IS YOUR COMMUNICATION PROBLEM. I did everything I can do and even if I had the bat today you still would not have received it before the one that I arranged Dudley to expedite to you. I cancelled your order and by the way never charged you. Best of luck getting a bat before Tuesday. I’ve had a few texts with him he’s been nothing but helpful and have referred his number to friends who recently bought bat this past week. The response I got from my friend was great guy very helpful. Can’t imagine Alan not going out of his way to help you get the bat you wanted. Problem is everyone wants this bat and is tired of waiting, it’s not the guys selling them you should have a problem with it’s Dudley. Just my 2 cents |

| Feb. 23, 2019 oldschool13 Men's 50 2 posts | Disappointed ☹️ on the new Hot Dudley 12 bat. Out the wrapper yesterday, 80 degrees and sunny, how quickly the clouds moved in. After 58 swings hitting 375, 44 cor balls, a crack bat. Maybe too hot for its own good. |

Waiting for mine (bought 2) to be delivered Monday - but might be awhile before the weather warms up a bit so I can try them out. oldschool13- please tell me your 6'4" - 280lb & are a power hitter - @ least that way I might be able to get 100 hits out of mine! Any other reviews? I know it's early since they are just now being delivered but would like to know if this is a chronic problem or if oldschool13 is just a BEAST! 8-) Demarini "The One" had the same problem when they first came out - only about 60-80 before cracked! Went through 2-3 of those before I gave up on them. |
| Feb. 23, 2019 Saratoga2 19 posts | Go to Dave Velasquez bat review site. He reviewed both the 14 and the so called 12 inch bat. The guys reviewing the bats are a lot stronger hitters than I am and they cracked one of the 12" under test. Dave indicates 600 of their swings is about the norm today. Hope their are no flaws in the production bats as I have waited a while for mine. |

| Feb. 24, 2019 G MAN Men's 55 35 posts | Early Warning : We hit with the new Dudley HOT bats today 12 & 14. After 70 hits on the 12 and fresh out of the wrapper it CRACKED . The 14 Hot had with only 40 hits and was fine so far......The 12 Hot and the 14 Hot had no problem hitting the ball 300 ft. plus especially the 12 put you also have to remember the 12 had a crack . I believe the bats will be a warranty issue going forward . |

| Feb. 25, 2019 G MAN Men's 55 35 posts | MAJOR PROBLEM : Today I was asked to help break in a brand new Dudley Hot 14 bat. After 25 swings the bat CRACKED. ( BAT WAS STILL IN WRAPPER ) I also took pictures of everything I am telling you. Theses bats are a big problem. So in this production there are now at least 8 bats less then 50 swings that have cracked already from Alan Tanner sales. My advise would be to have Dudley recall all theses bats and fix the issue before the problem gets any bigger. Hope this helps everyone and would love to hear anyone else with the same issues. |
| Feb. 25, 2019 Hail Ragna! Men's 55 40 posts | Yes a friend of mine just got one (don't want to mention people's names) reason being I am not sure on who to put the blame on. If you buy the bat because of someone's recommendation that is on you. I am now seeing reviewers tell you that if you are this weight this bat won't be any good for you...You are too young and strong so it won't work for you... Or this one is perfect because you are older and the barrel is softer. It has got me confused. This isn't related but he broke his HOTW 27 oz in a batting cage with Evil bp balls. He had over 100 swings on the bat as 4 guys were hitting. Inside the temp was 72 degrees. The weather is crappy anyways so I can't go out and hit. Maybe I will go down to California and hit with some teammates. You need to go back to basics yourselves fellas and buy the bat and hit it yourself. Then this way you will know for yourself... You only live once so go get one and hit it and find out! I am not relying on other peoples views.. Not anymore! Hail Ragna! |

| Feb. 26, 2019 G MAN Men's 55 35 posts | Diesel Dan, You mean its what Dudley going to do? ....The bats are made in China with NO WARRANTY. Its called RECALL !!! Just in one shippment 8 CRACKED bats in 2 days. Good luck trying to get your money back from some small town dealer . They needed to do a compression test on every bat and record it with the bats serial number just like Miken does and the ones that fail never make it past the front door.This process was clearly not done with the Dudley Hot bats and if it was something is seriously Not right. This bat story almost sounds like the old Reebok Barrage bat. |
| Feb. 26, 2019 DocJoel48 9 posts | Guys, calm down. Is the bat BROKEN or does it have surface cracks? If it is surface cracks or chips or a BROKEN bat? If surface cracks, I’ll bet it is still HOT! I’d keep hitting it until it does REALLY breaks. Surface cracks happen. Is it really acceptable? Maybe but maybe not... Shit does happen. NEVER hit the bat in cage! It’s a game bat, hot out of the wrapper! Treat it like gold, and it will treat you well. Enjoy and relax! Dudley will do the right thing if it is really a problem! |

I have to say I was a bit skeptical on the durability of a bat that was alleged to be that much hotter than the current Adidas offerings. |

I don't know about the 14" orange, but the 12" Hot W Blue/Gray has got to be defective! :( :( :( On the 13th swing in BP it CRACKED....Funny thing is I was only going to take 15 swings then put it up after reading all the bad reviews... balls 44 375 evil BP balls... This isn't a good start for much awaited 2019 Dudley Senior Bats!!! |

In Rightrj1 post he cracked his bat on the 13th swing....Now thats really confirms a bigger problem in my opinion with the production / material used in theses bats. |
