It has been the mid 80’s here in Houston. It may may have cracked sooner I just felt while cleaning it. Good balls and only off a tee

JR, it would be good to call them back and hopefully speak with another rep or a manager. There is a problem with these bats which they (maybe some) are aware. I sent my broken HOT W back and am awaiting a replacement. They are waiting on a new batch to arrive. I heard that they have some of the short barrel ones that came in though.

I got a text from Dudley today telling me they have short barrel in 25,26 and 28oz in. They are still waiting on longer barrel.

I have one of the old 2015 Dudley's and love it. When that one cracks there is no way I buy one of the new Dudley's knowing the history. Will probably go with a Miken or Adidas bat

I have the Dudley Hot W 14 inch and received it at the 1st of April. I am 78 and can't hit the ball out but hit fairly hard for my age. The bat cracked on Monday so I will also try to return it. Unless they provide replacement bat that has been improved it will be an exercise in futility. I had the old Dudley Lightning but it was a 28 and I wanted to go lighter so sold it and now I am sorry I did. That bat never cracked in the 3 years I had it and my brother uses it still.

Action, I have the short barrel version and I really like it. It is not a 12 inch barrel bat, which I do not like. Alan Tanner alerted me to the fact that it is a longer barrel than 12 inches. At least 13, almost as long as my Big Cat, which is 14 inches. So far, so good with this bat. I have fair power at age 74. About 150 swings with no problems.

I bought two of the Dudley bats when they first came out. Still have both.

I've had several black Mikan Ultra II's. They held up real well. However, I could hit a lot harder back then.

I'm too old to worry about the next big thing.

Received my 14" replacement about 2 weeks ago. So far it's holding up longer than the original one. Got about 40-50 hits on it and hits the ball well with pop and distance. Has a different sound than the original. More of a pong sound at first but has changed since.
