Brackets for Rockin Reno
Good morning all any idea when game times come out for this Tournament?
Feels like it’s next week and no word as of yet.... Thanks in advance

Within 5-10 minutes of passing final review ... S1 starts in nine days, S2 in 13 days and S3 in 16 days ... They are being drafted in that batting order ... Please don't fall victim to being unable to differentiate between when you WANT something as opposed to when you actually NEED it ... We meet the need side of that concept every time ... Thanks and good luck! ...

LOL!... I guess that wasn't terribly informative on my part ... You're apparently new (at least to this Message Board) with SSUSA, so here are a few things to know about the schedule preparation process ...

• I write all of TOC Qualifier events nationally for SSUSA, and also the Eastern & Western National Championships, the World Masters Championships and the Tournament of Champions ...
• They are written in chronological order of event start date by session ... Late last week was the Atlantic Coast Championships in Raleigh, NC, and the Top Gun Reno Tune-Up Qualifier in Hemet, CA ... Reno is up to bat now, and it takes, typically, a couple of days (minimum) per session ... I don't know what age group (or session) you are curious about, so that's all I can provide for you now ...
• We don't have any incentive or motivation to delay the schedule releases ... As soon as they are done and pass final review, it's usually not more than 10 minutes until they show up here ... If they're online, they're done and released ... If not, they're not done and remain in the category of "imminent" ...
• As a reminder to everyone, the time required to respond to inquiries like this, and multiple random phone calls to the SSUSA Home Office, actually cause delays in availability ...

Hope this helps ... Thanks for your (presumed) patience! ...

Weren't these 5-10 minutes away from final approval? No need to answer. I don't want to delay the process.

They normally post "within 5-10 minutes of final approval" ... They are not in that time frame window yet, but S1 will be released sometime tomorrow (Thursday) ... Thanks ...

Dave or Staff, we used i believe it was Shadow Rock in the past for bp when playing at Golden Eagle. The question is , is this facility available for us to use Friday and Saturday? We are playing in session 3. Thanks in advance.

AJC ... It's Shadow Mountain (Field address is 3300 Sparks Blvd. - Sparks, NV 89431) and we are not scheduling there in Session #3 ... You SHOULD be able to take BP there up until mid-afternoon ... They have local league play on Friday evening on Fields #1-2 beginning at 6:30 PM ... Subject to not interfering with their setup prep, you should be fine ...

AJC ... I forgot to include this information in my previous post ... There are ONLY two areas where you may take BP at Golden Eagle ...

• On the Softball Fields in the complex (Fields #10-15); and
• On the two Youth Baseball fields in the complex (Fields #5-6) ...

You MAY NOT take BP at any other area of the Complex, INCLUDING the Little League Fields #1-4 or ANY of the soccer/football multi-use fields OR grass areas...

The City of Sparks has the power to ban you from the facilities for non-compliance with their rules ... Thanks! ...
