With a 40 year layoff, senior brothers use HIPS to Throw Hands and Level of Swings
Never too late to start playing again, these 67 and 62 year old brothers, started at a really poor level of swinging up and dragging the bat. Huge improvements with using a stride and hip rotation to throw the hands and bat head into the ball. www.sportstechnique.com for swing makeover show..all shows free on youtube
