Why does SSUSA, a VERY LARGE organization have just one person that handles re-rating petitions? This process needs serious review.
I know a AAA team that is W1-L24 and hasn't been adjusted. I am sorry someone took ill but not a very professional process. How do we convince players to keep shelling out thousands of dollars for tourneys, travel and the like when they are getting blasted?
Heavi, I've personally worked with George (currently having medical issues) and Tiffany his assistant on re-rating issues, so there is definitely more than one person handling team re-rating request.

Heavi, it's really a simple process to be re-rated. BUT you have to try. If your record is really that bad, just follow the written instructions. Look under Forms tab.
I am sorry to hear about George, but I have said for years, why not have 1 person in the office do all the 50's, one person the 55's, one the 60's, one the 65's, and maybe 1 person for the rest.
All this should not be on one person in this big of a office. I agree we shell out a lot of money to the communities and to Senior Softball, but it take forever to get noticed when you need to have a team moved down.
creins .... Are you aware that the SSUSA "big office" has exactly SIX employees total who are not named Fran or Terry? ... The "big" part applies only because we have warehouse space on site, not because of an employee glut ... But if I can help out, I'll volunteer for rating duty ... I'm confident we'll have a revival of the larger and more robust Major Plus divisions as I can isolate the Majors that need to move up and the AAA's hiding down but should be playing Major ... This is not a bad idea (yet)! ... Thanks!
