A Question For Bogie
Bogie
First, I watch all your videos and have learned from the information you provide. I think you do a great job and I enjoy watching them.

Question:
I just watched your latest video "Observing Practice Swings will Foretell Flaws in Live Swings SM114" just today. What I don't understand is, if Brett is doing all that hop and spinning around thing, how does he have time to run to first base on a base hit? Does he hop and spin (as seen in the video) like that in a real game? I can't remember seeing anybody hop and spin like that before getting out of the batter's box in game.

Some of the younger pros do this, due to such a forceful swing and rotation, and this shows up that way on the follow thru, but I dont see many seniors doing it...just not the explosion that the kids have and . Another thing is he is going for a power homerun swing here...so that is another reason why. I just played with Bret this weekend and I did not notice it much here ..he hit alot of homeruns, but perhaps was conscious of getting out of the box and didnt let the follow thru finish as much. Yes, though, that would be slower out of the box for sure.

We moved up to the 75 AAA level. Thought we were going to be really good. Didn't know the 75 level was so good. We are barely 500 for the season.
