Sept. 17, 2019 DaveDowell Men's 70 4312 posts | Schedules are drafted in chronological order of the Sessions ... Sessions #1 and #2 were previously published ... The Session #3 Master Plan was completed around 4:00 AM today (Monday), but before beginning to generate the actual part you see, a Session #1 55-AAA team withdrew ... So we circled back to re-do that (six hours and counting so far) and then it will be back to Session #3 ... Here's the best information I can offer, hopefully not sounding flippant about it ... The schedule set for this event is like no other event in Senior Softball .. EACH session is larger than ANY complete tournament run by any other of our competitors ... More important, we have NO INCENTIVE to delay their release ... So when they are complete and clear final review, it's normally a matter of minutes, not hours or days, before they are published ... If the schedules are online, that means they are done, and if not, they aren't ... Lastly, those who feel compelled to call the office to make availability inquiries (and there are no more than 40 or 50 such calls a day), that serves to delay, rather than accelerate, release because of the time to respond to the callers ... You're still 16 days out on Session #4's start day ... My goal is to have something by Saturday, and I'm traveling on Sunday to Las Vegas ... Please don't be confused by the difference between when you want something as opposed to when you may actually need it ... We always meet that need ... Good luck! ... |

I want this month long project over more than you all hope I finish quickly, too! ... No worries, all is good ... Thanks for asking ... That reply, or something close to it, is an annual affair! |
