Just curious what other 50’s AAA teams were participating next month in Phoenix for Winter Worlds. Who won it last year? Can’t wait to start the new season.
With two business days left until the entry deadline on Tuesday, there are 12 teams rated 50-AAA currently entered ... Last year, Grayed & Confused defeated Elite/Scrap Iron (15-13) in the Championship game ...
Figured there would be between 12-15 teams. But back to the question, who’s coming to AZ in the 50 AAA division?
We'll do the "big reveal" at the close of business on Tuesday ... Till then, it's a voluntary disclosure by individual teams! ...
Santa Dave,
The anticipation of the big reveal is real.
When I was a kid we got to open up a Christmas present early. Sooooo, how many 55 AAA teams so far? Omaha is one of them. Merry Christmas to me...maybe
Dave,
How many 55 teams do you have signed up for Winter Worlds
Fellas ... Not going to be much help here since I'm not working in the SSUSA Offices today ... It looks like the total teams entered is up about 40 teams so far just today from the close of business numbers on Friday, but no way to "see" the mix yet ...
Should we start the drumroll for the “big reveal”? Or did you mean next week?
It will be a little later this evening (10/22/19) ... Over 50 entries (about 25% of the total) came in since 7:30 AM yesterday and we're still sorting the piles ... This is why we don't publish early! ... Patience will be rewarded ...
15 AAA teams from 8 different states. Well done
Nebraska -1, Nevada-1, New Mexico-2, Arizona-3, Alaska-1, Texas-4, Colorado-1, Calif-2
Bob21 ... We're showing 17 50-AAA teams, not 15 ... That's better for you if you like bigger brackets, but maybe not so much so for me as the scheduler! ... Good luck!
Aren’t the Blaze and Spintees AA??
Bob21 ... Dont overthink this ... We've got the ratings function and slotting teams into the proper divisions handled! ...
Dave, any idea about when the field assignments will be out for each age group ?
CLUBBER ... The goal is the end of day Friday (10/25/19) ... Staff is making the last of the calls to the entered, but as yet unpaid, teams to confirm their attendance ... Once that list is nailed down, should be fairly quickly ...
