Launch Angle

Hi All:

I was told at the end of last season that one thing I need to work on was launch angle. I usually hit the ball hard but rarely hit a fly ball. My question is to get the right launch angle is the answer in adjusting your stance, hands, grip or?

Thanks for the suggestions.

To get a good answer to your question requires payment. LOL

Go to youtube they have lots of videos that will help.

I believe that flatting the bat in your stance, will produce a bit of lift and will make the ball rotate counter spin which will also create lift.

Takes practice to change swing. One more thing, if you can video tape your swings you will see which ones lift ball.

Good Luck

Just a suggestion without seeing your swing, plant your chin into your front shoulder, and do not let go until you make contact. This makes it impossible to drop or raise your back shoulder during your swing. Good luck.
