| April 15, 2020 Papajoe56 Men's 60 79 posts | Need Clarification Interested in playing the Oil City Classic but concerned the tournament may be cancelled due to the virus. With the entry deadline coming up on April 30, can we get an update on the tournament? If it is cancelled and the entry fee paid, will the teams get an immediate refund or credit to any SSUSA tournament. With the back to back tournaments it would be good to clarify SSUSA's policy. |
| April 15, 2020 TimMcElroy 902 posts | Papajoe56- The Oil City Classic is an SSUSA qualifier, but it is hosted by a 3rd party director. I suggest that you speak with that director to understand his plan for handling entries, payments, credits and refunds. |

He claims he is unable to access the SSUSA Message Board, for whatever reason, and has asked that I pass along the following -- from him, to you and any other interested parties. "I never cash checks until tournament time, thus no refund is ever needed. The Oil City IS approved by SSUSA and listed on the web site."
