As always, these DRAFT schedules are TENTATIVE, are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" just before play commences ... NOTE: There will NOT be a Managers' Meeting due to the restrictions arising from the COVID-19 Pandemic ... Managers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of their tournament roster, and will not be sheltered from a legitimate protest by an opponent if found to be meritorious ... | July 12, 2020 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #2 (Men's Age 60+ and younger) of the SSUSA's 2020 Jim Sherman Memorial Northwest Championships in Salem, OR, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament page ... The same caveats mentioned above for SESSION #1 apply here as well ... NOTE: Session #2 is extremely tight as to games demand as measured against field availability ... We are starting at 7:30 AM on all three days and there is exactly ONE open field slot (at 9:00 PM Saturday on Field #4) ... It is HIGHLY LIKELY that standard game duration time limits of 65/67 and 70/72 minutes will be slightly REDUCED in order to finish on Friday and Sunday to avoid adversely affecting local league activities ... Nobody, including SSUSA and the the City of Salem Officials, know how the imposition of new COVID-19 procedures, social distancing and facility load capacity limits will affect timing ... Please do your best to be ready to play, to hustle on and off all the time and whatever resultant time saved will be yours for game play! ... Thank you! | July 13, 2020 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | Due to the very late (Sunday afternoon) withdrawal of a 65-AAA team (Aro Glass Clubbers), schedule revisions were required to (ONLY) the Men's 65-Silver Division ... They have been made and are reflected in the online version posted here ... You may have to refresh your downloads to view the most recent schedule set ... We apologize for any inconveniences despite the fact they were completely outside of our control ... Good luck everyone! ... |
| July 15, 2020 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | MAJOR SESSION #2 REVISIONS • Due to the unexpected and extremely late withdrawals by two teams (one each in 50-Major and 60-Major), significant revisions were required for EVERY AGE GROUP and almost all divisions of play ... Those changes were posted online at 1:30 PM on Wednesday afternoon ... Please check the new schedule sets and confirm with the onsite tournament directors before commencing play on Friday and Saturday ... Sunday play is largely unaffected ... Despite the fact these changes were completely outside of our control, we apologize for any inconveniences ... Good luck! |
