NW Championship in jeopardy
It looks like Oregon is implementing a new policy starting tomorrow prohibiting the assembly of groups of more than 10 people. Sounds like this may put the tournament in jeopardy.

From what I understand, the new policy is for indoors establishments that's in jeopardy. Find a takeout/drive thru and bring it back to the fields!

By mutual agreement with the City of Salem and Wallace-Marine Park, there were not going to be on-site concessions offered for this event ... So unless you might happen to be a high-ranking State of Oregon Public Health official in a position of authority, let's nip this rumor in the bud right now ... The park professionals have been excellent to work with and are totally committed to the health and welfare of the participants ... The event will be starting within the hour ... Thanks ...

Yet another example of SSUSA staff working on every possible angle to make tournaments happen in the COVID era. They are putting out fires that none of us saw coming.
