Any player who was deemed to have been a contributor/member of the team that earned the upgrade will carry that rating change forward ... From the rulebook if a participating teams roster Falls below 12 players the team may apply to add players until it reaches the 12 players level as roster exemption players. These players maybe from the same age group in the same or lower skill level. |
