Peggy O'Neill induction into Missouri Sports Hall of Fame
There is an effort underway to have Peggy O'Neill inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. Peggy has coached the Fun Bunch out of Carthage Mo. for several years and has also played with the Las Vegas Neons and several other teams. If any of you have played on the same teams or played against her, I am sure you are aware of her tremendous softball skills. We are collecting letters of recommendation for her and will forward them to the selection committee. At the present time, there is only one woman in the hall for the sport of softball. Her induction would be a fitting tribute to her skills and dedication to the game of softball. All letters must be sent to the hall together. If you wish to write a letter of recommendation we would greatly appreciate it. Please forward letters via email to
