Discussion: Updated Ratings

A question for the the Staff. When will the team ratings be updated to reflect the results from St. George? I was looking at the 65 ratings and noted that the team that won the 65 Majors at St. George is not even included in the ratings list at all. Thanks.
missouridave ... They are working on them as you typed ... In a limited-staff meeting this morning, mention was made that the target date for ratings of Eastern teams likely to consider the Winter National's is a week from today (10/23/20) to be out front of the entry deadline there ... The Western target date for the Winter World's would be a week later under the same theory ... The Men's/Women's 50+ teams playing in Session #4 of the World's are on hold ... Teams that won their divisions, and some number of others, will be moved up as always happens ... Also heard that preliminary decisions have been recommended for "appeals" and they are awaiting comment from ratings committee members ... Best answer seems to be "...fairly soon..."

WAIT!, WAIT!, you mean I have now play a combo team of Doug & Otis?

DD thanks as always for your straightforward answer. As is usually the case I have no NEED for this data, but do have interest in how the teams that finished second and lower end up being rated as it pertains to the division I play in. Hope you and the family are well and staying safe.
Thanks MO-dave, and the same well wishes to you and yours ... Just as an additional tidbit of information, the team that won the 65-Major World's in St. George last month is actually listed, but it's not likely something you would have known without a hint ... Top Gun Elite 65-M+ (now) is playing in the upcoming Winter World's in Phoenix as a 60-Major in order to take advantage of a presumably larger teams population than 65-Major+ might offer ... They're on the 60's Ratings list (since Monday) through that event ... Both 65-M+ and 60-M carry a rating index of R/I=6 ...
