You will find the link to the ISA rule book at isasoftball.com Super and Major must reside in the same state or boardering state of the coach's legal residencs with the exception of Fl, Ca, and Tx. where they must live in the same state as the coach. AAA players must live in the same state as legal residence of coach. AA must live within 100 miles and same state as coach. |
