Drive & UNWIND of the HIPS, Finish Planting the Front Foot on a Good Rotation sm160
Great swings show that its a wind and unwind within the push of the stride, that eventually finishes the plant of the front foot as body rotates and torques open. This helps us from just landing on the front foot hard and THEN rotating...losing all linear power that can be best converted to rotational power in the swing.
